Two upcoming events in DC
We’re excited to announce that this spring two events benefiting Gideon’s Promise will be held in Washington, DC. The first event will hosted by JusticeAid, an organization formed to use the arts both to educate the public on issues of justice, and to raise money to support organizations dedicated to eradicating injustice. All of the proceeds from this concert will go to Gideon’s Promise!
Secondly, our annual Southern Soiree will take place on Thursday, June 13th at Miller & Chevalier Chartered. The invitation and ticket details will follow shortly. In the meantime, please mark your calendars!

Travis, who graduated from Gideon’s Promise Core “101″ program in 2009, is just one our NextGen defenders in the South struggling against incredible odds to live up to the right to counsel guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment.
